I tried Prolash one time, but quickly my eyes got red and started watering. I had to take them off almost right away because it was just too uncomfortable. Personally, I wouldn’t use them again.

The return process was a hassle, and my refund took way longer than it should have. I also didn’t love the tone from support — it felt dismissive and not very helpful. Based on that experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again...

I was a bit frustrated because it felt like I kept getting mixed signals. On one hand, the product seemed like it should offer more flexibility, but the length options felt limited. The volume choices weren’t great either, so it was hard to find something that actually worked for what I needed

I placed my order and then, unfortunately, got to enjoy the exciting experience of just waiting around forever. The shipping was really slow, and the updates were basically there to pretend they were helpful. I needed it sooner, but it showed up late anyway, which was super convenient. Not exactly thrilled with the whole delivery process.

I really wanted to like these because the lashes themselves look cute, and once they’re kind of in place they do have a nice effect. But getting them on was a whole different story. I tried a few times and still couldn’t get them to sit right. The glue got messy fast, and the corners kept lifting no matter what I did. Maybe someone better at lashes would have an easier time, but for me they were not easy at all.

Taking these off was such a mess. The glue stayed stuck on my eyes, and my lashes looked so rough afterward that I felt embarrassed walking around. I tried following the instructions, but they really didn’t help much. I wouldn’t use these again.

This little thingamajig didn’t last at all. It seemed fine at first, but then it fell off quickly like it wasn’t even trying. Kind of a letdown...

I tried Prolash the instructions were not very helpful. It felt like there were steps missing, so I kept having to figure out what to do next on my own. For something I’m using near my eyes, that really doesn’t feel okay. It was frustrating because it kind of felt like they made it my problem to fill in the blanks...

I really wanted to like prolash, but the retention just wasn’t there for me. I followed the instructions and was careful with them, but the lashes started lifting after about two days. By the end of the week, most of them were either gone or looking patchy. For the price, I expected them to hold up a lot better. Maybe they work well for other people, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t purchase them again.

I was excited for my order to show up, but when it got here the packaging was just not great. The box was crushed, and I kept thinking the lashes really didn’t seem protected at all in there. For the price, I guess I just expected it to feel a little more secure or at least packed with more care. The lashes might be okay, but the way it arrived definitely didn’t leave the best impression, so yeah, not very happy about that.

I really thought I’d be able to get at least a few uses out of these, and now I kind of regret buying them. They looked nice at first, so I was hopeful, but after just one wear they already looked messy and worn out.

I took them off carefully and put them right back in the case, so it’s not like I was rough with them. Somehow the band still got weird and a few of the lashes bent out of shape, which was disappointing.

For the price, I expected them to hold up better. Maybe I just ended up with a bad pair, but I wish I’d spent my money on something else because I wouldn’t buy these again.

I had these on for maybe an hour before I gave up and took them off. They felt heavy and kind of scratchy the whole time, even after I messed with them to see if I’d put them on wrong. Maybe they look decent in photos, but all the polished product talk didn’t match the actual experience for me. Wearing them was just annoying, and I wouldn’t buy them again...

It got wet one time, and after that it just came right off. So basically, once there was a little water involved, it stopped sticking.

I really wanted to like Prolash because the videos made it look so easy, and I thought if they could do it that fast then I’d probably figure it out too. But doing it on myself was a whole different thing. It took me forever, and I kept putting them in the wrong spot or they wouldn’t sit right. After a few tries I was already frustrated, so maybe that’s why it didn’t work, but also I feel like something beginner friendly shouldn’t make me that stressed. Maybe if you’re super patient it’s fine, but for me it was just too much hassle.

This just wasn’t worth it for me. Maybe I caught it at a bad time or had higher expectations because of when I needed it, but the whole experience felt disappointing. I kept hoping it would turn around, but it never really did

I was so excited when my lash kit and refill clusters finally arrived, because I had been looking forward to doing my lashes that weekend. But when I opened the package, that happy little moment disappeared fast, the sizes were wrong and one of the items was missing completely.

The weird part is the receipt listed everything correctly, so I have no idea where it went wrong. I emailed customer service and waited days for a response, but it still didn’t really get resolved. It’s just frustrating when you pay for specific products and end up with random stuff instead.

I was a little disappointed with the style options. Most of the lashes looked really similar to me, so I was kind of like… wait, are these all different?? I was hoping for more variety with different lengths, shapes, and overall looks. If you’re wanting lots of choices, I’m not sure this is really worth it

I wasn’t happy with these lashes, honestly. I kind of did that thing where I assumed higher price meant better quality, but that shortcut definitely didn’t work here. They felt stiff and plastic instead of soft, and a few were already bent weird right out of the box. Once I tried them on, they just didn’t sit nicely on my eyes. I expected a lot better for the price and wouldn’t buy them again.

They looked really fake and felt too heavy on me, which wasn’t the natural look I wanted at all. I also had to chase them to sort out my complaint, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

As someone who likes to get started on a project right away, this was frustrating. The kit showed up missing a few key things I expected to be included, so I ended up having to buy extra parts separately. Not the smoothest experience.
